The venue for the kart race this Sunday was moved so not running at Monroe this weekend. I am talking again to them today to see if there is another day in the next two weeks that we can meet at the track to discuss options.

Ok so here is the update I've been promising:
Seattle Kart Club that races at Monroe says we are good to go for racing with them for their Spring and Summer series. Problem is they had their planning meeting with the track yesterday and the only garunteed dates they have given the karts are Mondays. So their series is going to be 8 races on Mondays and the schedule will be finalized by next week. If there is enough interest for attending a couple of these, at least for local Seattle area folks that would be great.
On a more positive note, the kart race this Sunday is moved to Spanaway and the Seattle Kart Club is working with PSGKA to allow scooter racing at thier track. Hopefully there will be a YES from them in the next few weeks and that track can be in the mix.
Lastly, the kart club asked if there would be significant enough interest to get a decent number of scooters and mopeds out for a weekend at the track in Tri-cities. If yes they would like to work with PSRA to schedule an event to maximize attendance. They would be racing Rotax classes only at that event which would mean a lot of track time for PSRA members.

I could be wrong, but I don't think anyone down here will be able to come up and race on a Monday. As for the Tri cities track, can you give us a little more info?

Good work Garett! I have to agree with JJ though. Monday races could be a tough sell....

I had assumed Mondays wouldn't be great for most. At least those of us in Seattle and North may be able to use them as track days.
We're still working on Spanaway and this tri-cities deal that could be great. Everyone I talk to about the track over there says it is amazing.
