So it does not overlap with the Portland Moped rally, which is good, but which dates are supposed to be with what series? This was one of the major problems was not knowing which dates where what. No one knew how to keep track of the points as the year went on. And is says the Seattle dates are one day events, not two day events, but there is the Aug 20,21, so are each of those a different points race, or just a full weekend like down here? And what about PIR?

Hey Jesse,
Hopefully the new Cup schedule has answered most of these questions. We only track cup points for cup events. If you are not at an event that is on the list then the points will only be scored by the local organization. Our format of racing on one day with practice the day before, will remain. Only the main race event on race day will count for cup points.
Cheers

A bit of a schedule change for the local Portland set: PARC double booked the August 13/14th weekend, so they moved it up a week to the 6/7th. Friendly heads up as of this morning...

Jay - if you're wantin' a Pat's Acres playdate (and this weekend is too short of notice for you as well), I see that the September 24/25th date is still on for our local set. That's a few weeks after the Medford date & would give you a few more weeks after that for the final @mac. That's a pretty tasty tour in a 7 week span. I'm thinking I might do that whole combo to make up for the lack of stuff I've gotten to do in the last month or 2... We are kinda spoiled to have this stuff in our back yard so to speak. I've got some guilt about not being able to get out there as much as I would have liked this year. I told myself I was trying to reserve the resources I have, but these last couple months have been a kick in the dink. I want some more racin'

Guess I forgot about the one at Pat's in September. Are we confirmed with Pat's Acres scheduling management for that date? Also, what's going on with the next Cup race date in Seattle? Isn't that canceled as well? That date is coming up really soon! That makes four races in a row that have been canceled or rescheduled

Looks like Facebook is the place to go to get schedule information. We need WUPH

If ever you are curious about Oregon track stuff - go here: www.oregonsuperbikers.com/scheduleThey are the group that we piggyback our events onto locally. Aaaaand yes - there is yet another forum for us all to check on, as we clearly don't spend enough time perusing different forums.

From that site...
Race 6: Sept 4th, Medford Oregon Race 7: Sept 25th, Pats Acres Race 8: Oct 16th, MAC Track
Note that there is a Saturday practice listed for each of those events.
Looks like the 2011 CUP page needs to be updated to remove this coming weekend as the PGP race is cancelled
