So we should likely all get together and discuss our plans for next year at the last race coming up. I'm thinking Sat. after practice as there are likely some that want to head straight home after the racing on Sun.
If you have ideas about what direction we want to take, events, number of events, classes/groups or anything you think needs discussing this will be your soap box.
I'd like to have an agenda in place so we cover everything and stay on topic somewhat, so if you have something specific post it here and I will add it.
Cheers,
Dayn

Meeting minutes Positives from last year:Negatives:- Cancellations
- Last minute schedule changes
2012 Season focus:- Only race 1 big track though others are available the focus will be on smaller tracks
- 5 official races for the season
Tracks to race at:- GMR - Vancouver
- PIR - Portland
- PGP - Seattle
- Pats - Portland
- Track 5 TBD
Other Points:- A vote was taken about scoring heats and mains. The motion was rejected so scoring will remain the same with no changes.
- It is possible to rent GMR for a scooter only event. Angus has info on this
- There was some concern about not racing at PATS last season
- 2 day events will continue with the 1st day optional as usual
- Classes will stay the same as last season
- Our main form of communication will be the Facebook Page for announcements and venue information etc. JJ will be heading that up.
I think that's it. Let me know if I missed anything? Cheers, Dayn

Looks good. Pats is out though, so it will be mac instead for that one. We also need to figure out if Monroe is an option. Also I think the moped points races are going to be all here at mac. Not to say they won't show up to some other events.

Yeah I was trying to relay what was said at the meeting. I realize that what I posted may already be out of date (sorry my bad).
Who would know about Monroe?
Is anyone in contact with PGP?

I updated the results from last year but I don't seem to have the results from the actual races run. Can anyone help out there? Also I may be missing some of the people that were not top 3 contenders so if anyone can help I'll post it up.
Cheers

Ok I guess that will be the 5th track then?
So far we have tracks and people to correspond with the tracks:
PIR - Patrick GMR - Angus/me MAC - JJ/Patrick? Monroe - Garrett PGP - Brian?
Once we have some schedules lets post them in a new thread and see when we want to run each one.

Sorry I haven't responded earlier. End of year at the shop ended up very busy. I will have much more diffinitive information about Monroe on Tuesday (the 10th). Conversation has been on going and all positive. Luckily there are 2 different chances for racing there, firstly with the karts and second during one or more of the large motorsport events they are throwing this year.
Again more on Tuesday.
