I like to make my own cables, they just work better for me. The track bike needs front brake and clutch housings made and I'd like to get better housings than what I'm able to find at the shops.
The stuff comes in 50ft rolls and that's more than I want sitting about the garage. It's about $20 to split an order with me. 2.0mm for 1.9mm inners. Includes ferrules (cable ends).

I'm in Mike! I was just about to get some myself.
Email me and we'll sort it out.
Cheers,
Dayn

Have you checked with bicycle shops. they sell housing, ferrels and cables for pretty cheap too and you don't have to have mass excess sitting around.

Just seeing your response now, sorry. I have called several shops, and they either deal strictly with pre-made stuff or can't be bothered to help me. Bike cable only works for throttle and selectors though... I buy that in bulk as well but it's a lot cheaper than the 2.0mm stuff I needed for clutch and brake. Dayn and I now have the 2.0mm stuff in hand, and though I have not yet asked him how it looks, my opinion is that it is pretty solid stuff. Quite sturdy and the jacket is tough. Looking forward to seeing how well it works.
