I've got a PGO Sport 150 I would like to run in the stock class but I have a non-oil injection LML 5-port in it (engine is not modified, not even a pipe yet).
Being that it is a 150 engine with basically the same design as the original, would I be able to run in the "stock" class even though technically it has a different engine?

The way I understand it this would fit within the rules.

It's all Large frame parts so you are good to go. Chuck a pipe and put a disk up front if you like too. You could even go with a 24mm carb (Stock size on a large frame).

Sounds great! I'll figure out which one of my pipes I want to use and will do the 24/24.
On another note: I looked on OSB web site rules but didn't see regulations on types of leathers. Does it have to be a 1-piece suit or can it be a 2-piece with 360 degree zipper as with WMRRA?

I wore a zippered 2 piece last year.

Last night I was out with some people that I will not name (to protect the innocent)... but we were discussing the stock class and it's definition. Has this all been finalized yet? If so when will it be published? Thanks.
The question at hand is..... is a stock bike a bike as it truely came out of the factory (with the exception of pipe, brakes and shocks), or would some franken-bike that is a conglomeration of stock parts for many many models still considered stock (could I run a P200 engine, T5 carb, P125 gear stack, PK fork mounted in a rally frame)? Also is modification of stock components allowed?
I am truly not trying to be difficult or a devils advocate, but want to know what to expect if I want to run in the class, I mean the un-official motto of NASCAR is "If you aint cheeten, you aint tryin"

I agree that we need to know the "stock" class criteria.
I don't have the original motor for my PGO but I do have an LML 150 ready to drop in. I can't really afford to build a modified bike right now (or in the near future) hence why I would like to run in the stock class.
If it ends up that the original motor for the specific model must be used than I will be out of luck for this season. I can understand wanting the displacement to match a given model. My PGO was a 150 and still will be with the LML motor in it.

The rules should be posted soon but yes if it's a large frame then whatever mix and match you'd like to play will be fine. The PK fork which is a Small frame part is up for debate but will be specifically addressed in the rules. Mod's to original parts will also be addressed.
Cheers,
