I've been working over the head on my GY6 Genuine Buddy, and have seriously increased my airflow.
The problem that I'm running into is that I'm having problems finding big enough jets now, I'm running seriously lean, which is obviously not a good thing.
So my question:
Does anyone know where to get Keihin jets locally that are *LARGER* than a 120? I'm running a 115 right now and it just barely runs.
I know that there are two different diameters of jets for Keihins. The small one(usually on scooters) and the large(Usually on motorcycles) I'm looking for the small ones.
Thanks for the help!

I would try either Doc Browns, or the yamaha dealer off 217 in Beaverton.

Ohh, those are both places that I'd not yet tried.

I think most of the new small cc dirt bikes have gone keihin, so another suggestion would be St. Johns honda. Also maybe some of the motorsport places that trick out quads and repair atvs might be good to check. Doc Browns always has a good jet selection and you can get a sweet set of hot pink leathers there too. If you cant find any you have the option of drilling them...

I've thought about drilling them, actually. I've just not been able to find a drill bit small enough. The smallest I've been able to find is a 1.6mm, which would get me a 160 jet, which is too large.

Before you drill anything (I've done it and the results were OK, but not great), there is a huge motorsports shop up here in Vancouver. I'm going to be there Wednesday and can ask them for you.
What range do you want?

Well the engine will just barely start with my 115 in it, if I disconnect the enrichener(choke) shutoff wire to keep it richer it runs, but pops badly. I'm thinking that this means I'll be somewhere around 140-150ish. I'm also discovering that they MAY not make jets that large for my carb after some research. Maybe thats a clue to get a new carb
