Hey Guys,
I just recently came across this group on Facebook and was immediately interested. I am looking to pick up some gear and a scooter here soon and get out there at least to practice or something ASAP!
I'm from San Diego but currently live in Everett and my work sponsors a couple guys that race in the WMRRA circuit, you can catch us under the More Power Racing tent out there on race weekends.
I am really excited to start learning and tinkering, and to get out there with you guys. I've been looking at the rules and pictures and am getting a pretty good idea, and it is going to be a ton of fun, I can't wait!

Welcome Welcome! Great to hear. Brad (administrator) is a great contact in Seattle if you need any info on local scooter action. Here in BC we do a lot of racing at GMR which is about 2hrs north of you but you need a passport. See you at the track(s).

Hey everyone!
Yeah I am thinking about Automatics and up to 190cc. Browsing your forum classifieds for a nice deal just to get out there, very interested in that CPI GTR 50. Not a lot going on on the Craigslist front, most of those are just new scooters people are buried in debt under. I am really new to tinkering and being a gearhead, so something simple to take apart and put together is what I am really looking for.
I can't wait to get out there!

I will be out of town in Chelan! But I am working on getting a scooter and will be out there to at least watch at the next one! I found a couple that look promising. also, i work at a parts & apparel dealer so if you guys need a great deal on gear or anything, let me know! Mike, I have 2000 derbi predator with lots of race parts, runs just needs a little tweaking, if you are looking for a good race bike, this will be much better than the cpi.
