Neat tool.
Haven't set up a degree wheel to double check, but seems pretty close from memory of setting my own cylinders up.

Might need google chrome to translate it for you if you don't speak German.
Might be a good point of departure if you are looking at a cylinder you aren't sure about.
Most cylinders aren't set up for track stuff out of the box...
