Noobie checking in for 1st time
Looking to learn more about scooter racing
My handle is CNI Dawg because my track "friends" say I'm so old I need a seeing eye dog
We endurance raced an 03 CBR600RR in '09 & '10 but got too expensive so we got an EX250 for mini endurance for the 2010 season and this year again with the CMRA in Texas
Got into scooters when I got an 85 Honda Spree for a pit bike - but it lacks the power to haul my 200+ lb body around so bought an 01 Elite 50SR - it's a bit faster & more fun
Do you know if there any scooter racing orgs in Texas ?
What is a good bike to get started with?
Hope y'all don't mind if I lurk around for a while & read up on scooter racing
