Patrick will have more info on fees etc. But it looks like it will pan out like a normal race weekend only there will be no season points awarded. Check here for some more info on the schedule which I would assume will be the same as a race weekend: www.oregonsuperbikers.com/schedule

Unfortunately I'm moving that weekend so can't make it. I will definitely be at the first race on April 11th in Seattle though.

Yep. What Dayn said. Pertinent info is on the OSB link for sure. Really - the practice is meant to get people out & get the bikes a little more dialed (riding around on track prepped bikes in the street does tend to attract the man); so here's a good chance to go out & see how your bike really does before we start the season! ;D ;D Also, it gives us a chance to make sure everyone has the appropriate safety gear/bike prep before the racing starts. That way if anyone needs to make some adjustments, there is time before the first actual race. Here is the fee info from said OSB page: MAC Track Motorcycle Race Fees All you can race Entry $ 60.00 Practice PKA member $ 25.00 Practice Non-Member $ 40.00 Pit Pass Per Day $ 5.00 Pit Pass Children 4 and under (must sign waiver) $ 0.00 All RV Parking and Camping per night (Limited Hookups) $ 15.0
Preferred Motorcycle Membership $100.00
A Preferred Motorcycle membership will include 1. All of the perks of a PKA membership along with: 2. $25.00 Practice days at MAC Track on non race-event practice days/ weekends. Subject to track availability 3. Reduced entry fee for club events in conjunction with Kart club dates. 4. For the families who become PKA Preferred Motorcycle Members, a 1 year enrollment of the Family Membership of the Life Flight Network membership program. This is a great program that will cover individuals in the immediate family, the cost of an Air Ambulance flight in the northwest and reciprocal providers in other parts of the country. For more information and details of the plan please go to www.lifeflight.org .
MAC TRACK Yearly Practice Pass $125.00
A MAC TRACK Yearly Practice Pass will include 1. Practice at PKA’s MAC Track for only $5.00 per family member during days on non-race event practice days/weekends. Subject to track availability. 2. If you and your family likes to practice for the that big race or you just can’t get out to the track on a race weekend but still have the urge to get on the track more than 5 times in a year then the MAC Track Yearly practice pass is for you. It can save you your hard earned cash in the long run. 3. A PKA Club membership is required to purchase a Yearly Practice Pass.
There is more info on said OSB site if you have more questions. It should also be noted that because we use more than one track, the other tracks have different fee parameters. It would be worth your time to take a look so it's less of a surprise when we do go back & forth between different tracks. They are separate entities, so membership at one doesn't mean membership at the other. It's worth reading the fine print. I do like that the Mac Track has a one year life flight plan included in their fees - again - worth reading the fine print...
